What is Debt Settlement?
Your debts will be negotiated for you. Your current level of unsecured debt will be skillfully negotiated for you, and essentially you will end up paying a fraction of the debt. Generally, the independent processing company can reduce your debt by 50% or more of the current total.

The independent processing company will set you up with an affordable monthly payment, which is determined on a client-by-client basis between you and a Service Representative at Credit Relief Today. Based upon what you are able to pay each month into your settlement account, we can determine how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately be debt free. Throughout the program, the independent processing company will communicate with your creditors, on your behalf. They will assist you when dealing with aggressive, confrontational and abusive creditors or collectors.
Settling of Your Debt. Once you have been enrolled into the program, the independent processing company will commence the Service. You will be advised of all good faith offers made by creditors and debt collectors, and of their acceptance of any offers made by the independent processing company. The independent processing company will not settle any account without your approval, and you have absolute discretion to accept or reject any settlement offer. A settlement can only be completed once the full funds are available in your settlement trust or savings account.
